WHAT MEASURES ARE YOU TAKING IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19?

We take the safety and health of our clients very seriously. We wanted t o share that Pantry Philosophy has taken precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our clients in respone to the current Coronavirus outbreak.

Our business operates in a controlled setting allowing us to employ the highest safety standards including:

1) Increased cleaning and disinfecting of common areas, work surfaces and equipment.

2) Strict hand washing procedures along with wearing gloves and face coverings.

WHICH AREAS OF THE CITY DO YOU SERVE?

We cook all around the Greater Vancouver area. Some travel fees will apply for locations more than 15km from this area. We are open to your ideas!

DO YOU PROVIDE STAFFING AND/OR SERVEWARE?

Our prices include the food and preparation services. Any staffing and rentals are at the expense of the client. Kindly note that a basic set of pots and pans is required in the clients kitchen.

IS THE MENU CUSTOMIZABLE?

We provide menu options but are always open to customizing the menu to your preferences & likings.

How do you handle special diets and allergies?

If you’ve got a food allergy or special diet we need to keep in mind, we’ll make sure we get to know a bit more about it so we can best plan your menu and prepare your food in a way that is safe for you (or your guests.)

How much notice is REQUIRED?

Ideally, we require at least a week notice prior your event to ensure enough time to prepare the menu and source the ingredients.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations cancelled up to 30 days before the time of the booking: the total booking value will be refunded.

Reservation cancelled between 7 and 30 days before the time of the booking: 50% of the total booking value will be refunded.

Reservation cancelled less than 7 days before the time of the booking: No refund is provided.

What is included in the menu pricing?

The total price includes:

Menu design, purchase of raw materials, preparation of the dishes in the client's home, service and finally the clean up.
